Bearing housing

The majority of GLH bearing housing are made of grey iron (FC200) as standard.

Certain housings are also available in spheroidal graphite iron (ductile iron-FCD450) if higher strength is required and some types can be delivered in cast steel (SC460). Any style of GLH bearing housings can easily be installed either at the float or fixed position on the shaft.

For the fixed position, a locating Ring is added between the bearing outer face ring and the housing shoulder to positively locate the shaft and prevents axial movement.
